* When selecting your Citizenship and/or Visa type when filling out your CCCApply application, select "STUDENT VISA (F-1)" regardless of your current status.
- Supplemental Application to join the International Student Program at Moorpark College. You will submit personal information, upload required documents, and provide your foreign address and emergency contact information.

- Copy of High School Transcripts or equivalent in English. University transcripts for consideration of transfer credits must be evaluated by a NACES.org company. Translations from your home country will not be accepted as official transcripts.

Guardian Statement for International Application:
The Community Colleges of Ventura County require that students who are under the age of 18 have a guardian over the age of 21 living in the U.S. In the event of a personal emergency, accident, illness or incarceration, the State of California will require the signature of a guardian before offering assistance such as hospitalization or legal counsel. The Community Colleges of Ventura County are not permitted to act in place of the parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to have your parent submit a signed statement informing the Community Colleges of Ventura County who will be assigned as your guardian. The statement must include the name, address, telephone number, and age of the guardian.
F-1 Visa holders who wish to concurrently enroll in a class at Moorpark College while attending another U.S. school must complete the online application for all students.
Priority deadlines for applications:
Summer semester (May-August) - May 1
Fall semester (August-December) - August 1
Spring semester (January-May) - January 1

All Documents must be submitted before the applicant can enroll in classes.
- Copy of current I-20 (pages 1 and 2) & I-94.
- An official permission letter from your DSO.
- If you are taking a class that requires prerequisite clearance (e.g.: English, Math, Chemistry, etc.), you must meet with a counselor to have the prerequisite cleared.
*It is the student's responsibility to prepare copies of the I-20 and immigration documents prior to submitting the application.
Allow up to ten (10-15) business days for your application to be processed once all documents are received.
