Vaginal Wart

Symptoms, Cause and Treatment

Vaginal wart infection is caused by caused by a microscopic virus particle that infects the skin called the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), often simply called the wart virus.

They can appear as single bumps or in clusters some having a cauliflower structure. The wart virus (hpv) can be found in the genital area including in and around the anus, vagina, and on the penis.

About 30% of the different types of HPV identified have the ability to show up in the genital area as a vaginal wart, and can be passed person to person through sexual contact. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is one of the most common causes of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in this country (USA).

Although most of the different types of HPV are harmless, several are associated with an increased risk for cancer of the cervix and genitals. Because of this, it is sometimes recommended to have a vaginal and uterine PAP smear every six months if you've had a verified hpv infection.

Conventional treatment for vaginal wart removal is freezing the warts with liquid nitrogen or electrical cauterization. To keep them from returning, you can strengthen your immune system which helps your body keep the virus in suppression or eliminate it.

Nutrients that help the immune system and promote normal cell division are...
  • vitamin C

  • Vitamin B complex

  • vitamin E

  • L-cysteine (amino acid)

  • multi vitamin and mineral complex

Long Term Prevention of Vaginal Wart

Your body has a defense mechanism against all types of bacteria, virus, fungi, mold and yeast - the immune system. Any health condition or illness weakens the bodys immune system and can encourage the return of genital warts and HPV.

One of the most important things you can do is to increase the energy and overall health of your body so it has the strength to return to balance. This is done by cleansing, detoxification, diet and high quality nutritional supplements.

HPV virus and genital warts may return after treatment if your body's immune system is weak. You can help strengthen your immune system by making an effort to eat a nutritious diet with fresh raw vegetables. Avoid refined, processed foods, tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners, hydrogenated fats and vinegar. This will also help to balance body pH and to diminish viral activity. Pathogens thrive in a mildly acidic environment; therefore, getting the body's pH in proper balance will help.

Exercise regularly. Exercise strengthens the immune system and increased breathing will give you more energy.

Supplementation that includes anti-viral ingredients like olive leaf, probiotics, and vitamins such as B-3, B-5 and B-6 to boost the immune system and help diminish viral growth.

To keep HPV and vaginal warts from returning, it's important to boost your body's immune system.
